Greg Lonzo was hired as the Interim Head Men's and Women's Water Polo Coach and Visiting Instructor of Physical Education in August.  He is a 2002 graduate of Pepperdine University with a degree in Business Administration.  He was a four-year varsity player and is the career leader in goals scored at Pepperdine.  He was a three-time All-American and runner-up for National Player of the Year in 2002.  He is excited for the opportunity to coach at a college level and for the challenges of recruiting, developing student-athletes, and representing the Colleges in the community.  Lonzo has served as the Head Coach at the Riverside Water Polo Club for the past two years.  He coached both an 18-under and a 16-under team.  He previously served two years as an assistant coach at Claremont-Mudd-Scripps.  He worked in over 20 water polo camps representing Pepperdine.
