Athenas To Compete In SCIAC Tournament

CMS will participate in the inaugural SCIAC Women's Soccer Tournament this weekend. The tournament, which will feature the top four teams in the conference, will be hosted by the University of Redlands. Redlands, the number one seed with an 11-0-1 SCIAC record, will play #4 seed Cal Lutheran (6-6) on Friday, November 3 at 5:00. CMS, the #3 seed (7-4-1), will then face #2 Pomona-Pitzer (8-3-1) at 7:30. The winners of Friday's games will play at 7:00 on Saturday, November 4 at Redlands. The winner of the tournament will receive the SCIAC's automatic berth in the NCAA Division III Championships.
