Tomorrow morning, he will face Nicholas Chua from Chicago for the first time this season. At the end of March, CMS hosted Chicago as Parodi defeated Chua 6-1, 7-5 at the top spot.
Parodi went the distance in his first match, ultimately winning 6-4, 4-6, 6-3 versus Ben Rosen from Bates. In the second round, Parodi was challenged in the first set by the local athlete, Avery Schober from Sewanee, but ultimately prevailed 6-4, 7-5. He will face Jeremy Dubin from Johns Hopkins in the quarterfinal tomorrow.
