CMS Leads Nation In Three Categories

The CMS women's lacrosse team led the nation in three categories in the final 2007 NCAA Division III statistics. The team was the top scoring offense in the nation (18.06 goals/game) and had the largest scoring margin (10.41 goals/game). Lindsay Gaesser (JR, Crozet, VA) led the country in assists per game with 3.65.

Claremont-Mudd-Scripps also was ranked fourth in winning percentage (.882), 12th in draw controls (14.24/g), 15th in scoring defense (7.65/g) and 35th in caused turnovers (10.88). Kristen Huff (SR, Simi Valley) was 11th in save percentage (.557) and 14th in goals against average (8.09).
