After Late Rally, Athenas Fall To Oxy Tigers In Overtime

CLAREMONT, Calif. – The Claremont-Mudd-Scripps women's basketball team lost 71-65 against the Occidental College Tigers on Thursday, Feb. 7 at Ducey Gym.  With today's conference loss, CMS is now 4-8 in the conference and 8-13 overall.

Kyra Ray contributed to the CMS second half rally going 4-for-4 from downtown, finishing with 18 total points. Aria Krumwiede led the Athenas with 19 points and five assists. The Tigers were led in scoring by Makenzie Brandon, with 19.

The next CMS game is at home against La Verne, on Saturday, Feb. 9 at 5:00 p.m.
