Athenas in 14th place after day three of NCAA Championships

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. - Kelly Ngo and Annika Jessen earned points for CMS on the third day of the NCAA Championships and CMS is in 14th place with 49 points.  Jessen finished 13th in the 200 butterfly with a time of 2:05.54 and Ngo finished 14th in the 100 breaststroke with a time of 1:04.95.

The Athena 800 free relay team of Kayla Flaten, Erin MacLean, Courtney Chan and Molly Loftus finished 20th with a time of 7:48.98.  Two additional Athenas swam individually on Friday.  Emily McKinnon finished 31st in the 100 breaststroke.  Michele Kee would have finished 15th in the 200 butterfly with a time of 2:06.27, but was disqualified.

Events on Saturday, the fourth and final day of competition, include the 100 freestyle, 200 backstroke, 200 breaststroke, 1650 freestyle and the 400 free relay.  CMS has competitors in four of the five events.
