Kevin O'Neill, a Harvey Mudd senior from Berkeley, CA, is the son of Geoff and Susan. While at Berkeley High, he ran cross country all four years, winning Most Improved once and the team Scholar-Athlete award three times. He has been running for many years and says that the sport has taught him that it’s possible to come back after failure. “All you need is the right attitude,” Kevin shares. He claims that the best post-race meal is watermelon. Though at times he concedes that math is utterly useless, he nonetheless is majoring in math.
