2018-19 (Sophomore) ... SCIAC Champion (400 hurdles, 4x400 Relay) ... USTFCCCA All-West Region (400 hurdles, 4x400 Relay) ... NCAA Qualifier (400 hurdles) ... SCIAC Track Athlete of the Week (March 25) ... Won the 400 hurdles at the SCIAC Championships with a time of 53.10, tying for the second-fastest in CMS history ... Also ran the first leg of the 4x400 relay that won the SCIAC title with a 3:19.43, capping off the Stags team championship ... Finished 17th at the NCAA Division III Championships in the 400 hurdles ... Earned the SCIAC Track Athlete of the Week after a second-place finish in the 400 hurdles at the San Diego State Aztec Invitational (behind only a Division I hurdler from Wisconsin) and helping the 4x400 relay to a first-place finish ...
