David Schwarz enters his fifth season as the head coach for the Claremont-Mudd-Scripps Women's Tennis program in 2018-19, after guiding the Athenas to the national championship in 2018 as the tournament's host. In the past four seasons, the Athenas have earned four straight SCIAC titles and made four NCAA appearances, with a third place finish in 2017 and a fourth place finish in 2015 to go along with the national title.
